PDMS Manufacturing
PDMS microfluidic chips are miniature laboratory devices made from polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), which utilizes micro and nano fabrication technologies to create microscale channels, valves, and reaction chambers for manipulation and control of small fluid volumes. Due to their straightforward manufacturing process, high transparency, and chemical resistance, PDMS microfluidic chips are widely used in the chemical and biomedical fields. They are characterized by their high throughput, sensitivity, and low cost, and are extensively applied in areas such as bioanalysis, molecular separation, cell culture, and drug screening. In both laboratory research and industrial applications, PDMS microfluidic chips have become an essential microfluidic technology platform.

MEMS Manufacturing
MEMS (Microelectromechanical Systems) technology is an interdisciplinary field that combines electrical, mechanical, and materials engineering to create small-scale devices and systems. These devices are typically on the scale of micrometers and can range from sensors and actuators to complete microsystems. The fabrication process for MEMS involves a combination of microfabrication and semiconductor processing techniques, such as photolithography, etching, and deposition.
As MEMS technology continues to evolve, it has the potential to revolutionize many industries and create new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Our company has established a 200+ square meter Class 1000 cleanroom as a MEMS research and development and small batch production workshop. We are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment, including SUSS photolithography machines, magnetron sputtering systems, etchers, spin coaters, programmable heat plates and other ion processing machines.
We also have imported microscopes, step profilers, and other testing equipment. We provide a complete solution from chip design to process fabrication and have the capability for mass production while ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance. This enables us to offer a comprehensive solution, from chip design to final product, and to ensure high quality and reliable MEMS devices for our customers.
That’s what our customers trust in.

CNC Micro Milling
CNC Micro milling is one of the high precision technology to quickly build a microfluidic prototype. It can be applied to polymers, metals, alloys, and many other materials to produce reservoirs and channels on the surface. Combined with our CAD/CAE technology, we can fast convert your design into parametric 3D models for micro milling. Micro milling can narrow down features such as reservoirs and channels into a few tens of microns to meet strict needs. Integrated with our lamination/welding and assembly technology, we can rapidly bond and assemble the microfluidic parts into a prototype for verifying your idea.
The specifications and strength of micro milling are as follows:
● Material: PMMA, PC, PP, PS, metals, alloys, and other materials.
● Precision: down to a few tens of microns with a tolerance of less than 10 microns.
● Quick Response: from your design to prototype in 5 to 10 working days.
● Prototype Amount: 1~50 pcs.
● Your Cost: from hundreds to thousands dollars.
