After you submit, you’ll get a quote within 24 hours; if needed we’ll execute the NDA/CDA, provide a complimentary DFM review to confirm specs, and schedule fabrication in our ISO 7, ISO 13485–compliant cleanrooms.

No, a CAD file is not needed for a quick quote. For final pricing and production, we’ll request CAD (STEP/IGES, DXF/DWG, GDSII, STL; SolidWorks also OK). A PDF or sketch is fine for initial contact, and we can help generate CAD under NDA.

We don’t enforce a strict MOQ—orders as small as one chip are welcome.

A one-time setup covers mold layout; unit pricing decreases with batch size.

For ready-to-produce designs, our standard lead time is approximately 3 weeks, plus 1 week for shipping. We also offer express fabrication options for urgent projects and provide regular progress updates. For an accurate timeline based on your design and quantity, please consult with our project manager.

An integrated mold is a closed, reusable tool that combines micro-features (channels) and macro-features (ports/reservoirs) in one design. It eliminates manual punching and alignment, improving yield, consistency, and scalability in cleanroom PDMS production.

Yes, our PDMS is engineered for cell-facing use cases like OOC, organoids/MPS, and 3D culture. It is biocompatible, gas-permeable, bubble-free, optically clear, and produced with closed, integrated molds for consistent thickness and clean molded ports. We also support membranes/electrodes integration. If small-molecule absorption is a concern, we offer various coating or hybrid/thermoplastic (injection molded) alternatives.
