Jing Chen, Ph.D.
Dr. Jing Chen brings 30 years of expertise in Microfluidics, MEMS, and Manufacturing Engineering. He earned his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University and served as a tenured professor at Peking University for 16 years, following research at the University of Michigan. Since founding HiComp in 2014, Dr. Chen has led the development of various microfluidic products. His academic contributions include authoring over 180 papers, 70 patents, and 6 books.

Yexian Wu, Ph.D.
Dr. Yexian Wu possesses 15 years of industrial experience in MEMS and microfluidics, focusing on product and process development. She received her Ph.D. in Microsystems and Microtechnology from EPFL in Switzerland. Dr. Wu brings deep technical expertise from her work at leading organizations, including SIMTech in Singapore, Nanoworld AG, and Qinpex AG in Switzerland.

Tao Ke, Ph.D.
Dr. Tao Ke is an MIT-trained strategist and financial architect who bridges deep tech with capital formation. A former Disney executive and consultant at McKinsey and Bain, he holds a Ph.D. in computational chemistry from MIT. Dr. Ke recently co-led an AI SaaS platform from inception to a successful NASDAQ listing and now specializes in financial roadmaps and M&A for high-growth medtech ventures.

June Cao, Ph.D.
Dr. June Cao brings extensive leadership in drug discovery and preclinical research, having served as a Director at iXCells Biotechnologies and Senior Scientist at Amgen. A key contributor to the FDA-approved drug Repatha, she holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from NYU and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University. Her expertise spans cross-departmental team leadership and advanced molecular biology assays.

Yanxing Hao
Yanxing Hao leverages over 15 years of experience in the life sciences and international trade sectors to lead European expansion. A specialist in microfluidics and 3D cell culture environments, he previously served as Director and Co-founder of iGenome ApS in Denmark. Yanxing holds a B.Eng. in Global Management and is an expert in bridging European innovation with global technical teams.

Charlie Wong, Ph.D.
Dr. Charlie Wong has over 12 years of experience in ultra-precision machining, including micro-milling, glass molding, and advanced cutting. He earned his Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology. A former visiting scholar at the University of New South Wales (Australia) and the Technion (Israel), Dr. Wong leads technical innovation in complex manufacturing processes.
