About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Laboratory Operator to support our daily lab operations and production processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all experiments and procedures are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to high-quality standards. Requirements
  1. Operational Execution:

  • l Perform daily laboratory tasks, sample preparation, and testing procedures following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • l Operate and monitor laboratory equipment (e.g., microscopes, pumps, centrifuges) to ensure optimal performance.

  • l Assist in the assembly and quality control (QC) of microfluidic chips/devices.


  1. Documentation and Compliance:

  • l Accurately record experimental data and maintain detailed documentation of all activities in lab notebooks or digital systems.

  • l Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, EHS regulations, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).

  • l Report any deviations or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.


  1. Equipment and Inventory Management:

  • l Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

  • l Monitor inventory levels of chemicals and consumables; assist in ordering supplies to prevent shortages.

  • l Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.


  1. Team Support:

  • l Collaborate with R&D scientists and engineers to support product development and troubleshooting.

  • l Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.



Requirements:


  1. Education and Experience:

  • l Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent vocational training.

  • l 1+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).


  1. Skills:

  • l Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and equipment.

  • l Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions (SOPs).

  • l Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry).
